Ahama Living, Structure & Production Design

Ahama Living transformed from a raw concept in 2023 to a fully operational boutique hotel by 2025. My role was to manage this entire design-to-construction journey, bridging the gap between architectural vision and physical reality. The goal was to deliver eight custom cabana villas that didn't just look good on paper but were structurally sound and ready for guests.

The structural system stands out as a key achievement in parametric engineering. We developed the forms using Grasshopper and fabricated them with CNC-milled timber. Because we conducted rigorous static tests in advance, we achieved incredible efficiency: the entire framework was produced overnight and assembled on-site with absolute precision.
